Wymane Wyot never looked the part of a Time Keeper. He was laid-back, perpetually mischievous, and sported a grin that suggested he’d rather lounge around than save any timeline. So here he was, darting through centuries like a playful ghost, locked in a game of tag with another Keeper named Fallon. Their $TIME watches crackled each time they leapt between eras, leaving a blur of shimmering afterimages behind them.
They started in a medieval courtyard where Wymane tagged Fallon's shoulder in front of astonished knights. Before anyone could blink, Wymane twisted his watch’s dial, and they reappeared in a neon-lit future city brimming with sky rails and drifting car pods. Fallon grinned back, tapping her own watch to pursue him in a single breath of displaced air.
Back and forth they jumped, hurtling through a 19th-century steamboat deck, then an ancient empire’s grand bazaar, each location collapsing into the next before spectators realized what was happening. Wymane whooped as he vaulted over crates of exotic spices, Fallon hot on his heels. She nearly cornered him in a bustling concert hall from the 1970s, only for Wymane to vanish a split second before her outstretched hand could make contact.
For an instant, they both materialized in the same swirling timeline pocket—a transitional space illuminated by flickers of unclaimed history. In that liminal glow, Wymane smiled, as though this was where he thrived. A moment later, he spun away, and Fallon charged after him, her laughter echoing in the void. Though they both served a greater cause, the thrill of their chase was a testament to how even Keepers could find a little fun between the cracks of time.
Somewhere, watchers and legends might whisper of a chaotic duo wrecking small moments in a cosmic game of tag, but Wymane Wyot didn’t care. He had a friend’s challenge to answer—and he intended to win.
